Scope of this notice
This notice covers the marketing website and contact enquiries. Employee data processed within the RAVA Team platform is governed by the documents and agreements applicable to the service, separately from this website.
Data we collect
The form collects your name, work email, company and enquiry type, plus your phone number and message if supplied. We also receive information you send by email or share by phone. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request, browser and access data to deliver and secure the website.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your details to respond, arrange demonstrations and prepare proposals. When you seek a contract in your own name, the basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For communication with company representatives and website security, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and preventing abuse, under Article 6(1)(f). Applicable legal obligations are addressed under Article 6(1)(c). The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or provide consent to marketing.
Recipients
Access is limited to authorised PRIAS VISION S.R.L. personnel and providers involved in hosting, form processing and email. The site and forms use Netlify; correspondence is handled through the company’s email services. We may disclose data to authorities when required by law. We do not sell form data.
Processing outside the EEA
Technical providers may use infrastructure or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Any international transfer must comply with GDPR transfer mechanisms, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and necessary supplementary safeguards. You may request information on applicable safeguards at team@rava.team.
Retention
We retain enquiries for the time needed to respond and conduct related commercial discussions. After these close, retention is limited to what is necessary for applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Criteria include the status of the enquiry, any contract, legal obligations and disputes. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under the applicable conditions. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact team@rava.team. We respond within GDPR deadlines, normally one month, and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to Romania’s ANSPDCP or your competent supervisory authority.
Required data and automated decisions
Name, email and company are required for the business enquiry form; phone and message are optional. You can also contact us directly by email or phone. We do not use form data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or for commercial profiling through this form.
